Other responsibilities include streamlining internal processes as well as contributing his vision for Homestay Connection future.

With experience in the Homestay and ESL industry, Karoline is our Homestay Coordinator. Karoline ensures that Students and ESL Schools' requests are promptly answered. She coordinates Placements, Airport Transfers and Billing from start to finish for all our homestay inquires. She overlooks the entire operations process giving support to our host families, students, agents and schools on daily basis. She brings an extensive set of skills in customer service from a variety of business areas, as well as project management and process improvement experience.
