Homestay Connection offers convenient Pick Up and Drop Off services (Airport Transfers)  upon arrival or departure.  One of our representatives will personally meet you upon arrival and transport you to your new host family home.

We understand that Transfer students from homestay to homestay can be sometimes very stressfull. Our drivers are very equiped to perfom this type transition very smoothly. Call us to arrange a transfer.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where do I meet my driver?

Your driver will be in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name on it.

2. What Happens if I don't see my driver?

In rare cases your driver is not there upon arrival, due to circumstances beyond their control. Do not panic! They are probably somewhere in the airport, or in their way to the airport given traffic conditions.

Telephone Contact	If your driver has not picked you up within 15 minutes of arrival contact them by telephone 647-505-2034.
Wait	Stay near the Arrivals area until your driver arrives. Look for a sign with your name on it. Do not leave this area.
Contact your Host Family	If your driver has not picked you up within 45 minutes of arrival please contact  your Host Family.
